Job Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and job specifications.
• Use various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.) to source suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment reports.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Head Hunting strategy
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in hiring.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1–3+ years) in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
