<p><li> Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and prepare proposals, mood boards, mock-ups, and decks for internal reviews or client pitching. </li> <li> Conduct research to stay updated on consumer engagement trends, experiential marketing, and competitor activities. </li> <li> Draft and manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost efficiency within allocated margins. </li> <li> Work with procurement and vendors to source cost-effective materials, props, or venues without compromising quality. </li> <li> Oversee end-to-end execution of campaigns under the Activation department, including PR kits, influencer events, public activations, roadshows, and both online and offline social activations.</li> <li> Lead logistics planning, including vendor coordination, material sourcing, manpower arrangement, and timeline management.</li> <li> Serve as a key liaison between internal departments (creative, accounts, logistics) and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, venues) to ensure smooth campaign execution. </li> <li> Schedule and lead coordination meetings or site recces as needed.</li> <li> Support on-site event execution, covering logistics coordination, rehearsals, crew briefings, troubleshooting, and quality control. </li> <li>Ensure smooth post-event wrap-up, teardown, and return of items. </li> <li> Prepare post-event reports and analyses to assess campaign performance, identify improvements, and share learnings for future initiatives. </li> <li> Assist in managing product fulfillment and ensure timely, accurate deliveries through coordination with couriers and internal teams.</li> <li> Contribute to the planning and execution of internal engagement events. </li></p>
