  Tasks & responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, partnerships, products, services, customers, etc. And/or new ways of serving existing markets.
• Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business.
• Identify and research the needs of the potential customers
• Work tactically, carrying out necessary planning to implement operational changes. The company reserves the right to assign temporary duties outside the nature of your employment or transfer you to another position.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Science
• Able to present facts and ideas; fluent in English, Mandarin and Malay.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have good interpersonal skills and communicate well.
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, and demonstrated capability to meet new challenges.
• Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions
• Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offering intuitive solutions and ideas.
• Have skills in management, reporting, and data analysis for decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
