<p>&nbsp;In this role, you will have the opportunity to be directly involved in the day-to-day of People Operations, contribute to meaningful HR projects, and manage employee benefits for Malaysia and Singapore.</p>
<p><strong>Operations &amp; Projects</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Execute and improve employee cycle processes including confirmation, transfers, promotions and offboarding.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate and timely updates in HRMS, Organization Chart and employee e-folder.</li>
<li>Prepare employment-related documents (e.g., correspondent letters, memos, HR reports).</li>
<li>Coordinate HR compliance tasks such as tracking contracts durations, and probation timelines.</li>
<li>Assist in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Automation of HR processes, SOP development).</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Benefit</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for employee benefits such as medical claims, insurance coverage, petrol card and employee corporate discounts.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate benefit enrolment and entitlement records.</li>
<li>In charge of annual renewal of benefit policies.</li>
<li>Handle SOCSO case administration, including accident reporting, submission of relevant documents, liaising with SOCSO officers, and following up on claims.</li>
<li>Serve as the main contact for employee benefit inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution.</li>
<li>Monitor usage trends and gather feedback to propose enhancements to benefit programs.</li>
