<p><strong>Partnership Leadership (MY/SG)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners (e.g: banks, loyalty platform, digital platform, telco..etc) across Malaysia and Singapore.</li>
<li>Secure funding, long-term collaborations, and cross-border partnership opportunities.</li>
<li>Lead negotiations and ensure strategic alignment across multi-market initiatives.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Partner &amp; Market Analysis</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Evaluate potential partners based on business value, scalability, and market relevance.</li>
<li>Analyse MY/SG market trends and competitor activities to guide partnership direction.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Campaign &amp; Execution Oversight</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>With closely with Business Unit such as Marketing &amp; Campaign Team to oversee partnership campaigns from ideation, execution and optimization across both markets.</li>
<li>Monitor performance closely to optimise take-up rates and campaign efficiency.</li>
<li>Ensure initiatives are aligned with local marketing, operations, and tech capabilities.</li>

<p><strong>Reporting &amp; Post-Mortem</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare detailed post-mortems, insights, and improvement recommendations.</li>
<li>Present MY/SG partnership performance to senior management.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Team Management &amp; Coaching</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Guide and coach the partnership team to hit targets and KPIs.</li>
<li>Provide support, direction, and performance monitoring.</li>
<li>Ensure cross-market alignment and smooth collaboration within the team</li>
