<li>&nbsp;Develop <strong>GTM and launch blueprints</strong> for Coffee Squad projects (e.g. BOSS blend upgrades, Signature, CEO Latte).</li>
<li>&nbsp;Translate <strong>product insights into marketing narratives</strong> (value proposition, key visuals, naming logic).</li>
<li>&nbsp;Partner with R&amp;D and Ops to define <strong>hero attributes</strong> (taste, aroma, price, value) and campaign focus.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Lead <strong>flavor trend scans</strong> and market insights for category innovation.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Create product guides and internal decks for <strong>Academy, Retail Ops, and Brand teams</strong>.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Track <strong>launch KPIs (sell-through, PSPD, repeat rate)</strong> and derive optimization recommendations.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Collaborate with Marketing on <strong>creative content, packaging communication, and storytelling</strong>.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Maintain a <strong>product performance dashboard</strong> linking sensory quality to sales and customer feedback</li>
