You'll work close to brand strategy, run real campaigns with commercial impact, and see how decisions translate into sales performance. <p><strong>1. Brand Support &amp; Implementation</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Support annual brand planning and translate priorities into clear execution plans across campaigns, channels, and touchpoints</li>
<li>&nbsp;Act as day-to-day custodian of brand execution quality and message across campaigns and materials</li>
<li>&nbsp;Provide execution and market feedback to support strategy refinement</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>2. Campaign &amp; Launch Delivery</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Translate brand and business objectives into 360° campaign ideas, structures, and execution plans</li>
<li>Own timelines and lead execution across internal teams (BD, Sales, Trade Marketing, eCommerce) and external agencies</li>
<li>Develop campaign briefs, launch toolkits, brand decks, and regular updates for internal and external stakeholders</li>
<li>Ensure delivery is on time, on brief, and commercially aligned</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>3. Commercial Ownership &amp; Performance Tracking</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Track brand and campaign performance (sales, volume, engagement, ROI)</li>
<li>Deliver timely performance updates and post-campaign reviews with clear insights and implications</li>
<li>Identify execution gaps, performance risks, and escalate with data-backed recommendations.</li>

<p><strong>4. Market Insights &amp; Brand Improvement</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor consumer &amp; market trends, competitor activity, and campaign benchmarks</li>
<li>Own continuous improvement of campaign and brand execution through gap identification, root-cause analysis, and actionable improvements</li>
<li>Support innovation (product, packaging, format development) and launch preparation for new products or formats</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>5. Budget &amp; Project Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage campaign budgets, vendor payments, and reporting with accuracy and discipline</li>
<li>Ensure projects are delivered within scope, result, timeline, and budget</li>
<li>Maintain effective working relationships with agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders</li>
