 Position Responsibilities

• Maintain monthly profit and loss statement and balance sheet schedule
• Manage daily accounting operations and documentation for AR & GL function.
• Ensure timely collection from customer
• Identify revenue to be recognized and post necessary journal/reclassification.
• Perform retail and online sales reconciliation
• Monthly sales report submissions to stakeholders
• Liaise with internal & external stakeholders pertaining to audit & tax matters.
• Support queries from DM on Outlet P&L.
• Liaise with tax agents on tax queries for Corporate Tax Submission.
• Assists to compile financial related information for corporate exercise.
• Assist in any other ad hoc tasks given
• Ensure proper compliance with local accounting and auditing standards.

Job Requirements

 Qualifications & Experience 

• Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting or degree equivalent in professional certificates, such as ACCA/LCCI.
• Candidates with 2-4 years of experience in AR/GL (any related fields) are required
• Experience in the F&B or FMCG field is preferred, but other fields are also considerable. 
• Required general knowledge of accounting/ financial/operational principle.
• Intermediate skill in Microsoft office，Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with computer, especially business solution & accounting software.
• Team oriented, good communication and people skill.
