Responsibilities

<li>&nbsp;Office Administration and General Maintenance</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Check mailbox regularly</li>
<li>Maintain and keep track of office’s assets and training materials</li>
<li>General matters of office &amp; Up Keep of the office</li>
<li>Blast mailing to prospects and customers</li>
<li>Assist in marketing activities (design and prepare for marketing materials)</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Bookkeeping &amp; Payroll</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>To issue E-Invoice to clients</li>
<li>To follow up on payment from clients</li>
<li>Basic Bookkeeping &amp; Payroll</li>
<li>To compile accounting documents every end of the month</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Vendors / 3rd Party Bodies/ Institutions Coordination</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>PSMB Coordination – HRDC Claims and Application</li>
<li>Management Office Coordination as and when required</li>
<li>Printing providers</li>
<li>Resort and hotel – to get quotation or information &amp; coordination</li>

<li>&nbsp;Training supports</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Assist in training preparation and supports (This involve both pre &amp; post training programs, including preparation of training materials such as participants’ manual, grouping list, pack and unpack props.)</li>

<li>&nbsp;Mystery Shopper Program</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Compile report</li>
<li>Coordinate with the shoppers</li>
<li>Recruit New Shopper</li>
</ol>
