ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a hands-on Business Development Executive to grow our corporate training business.This role focuses on:

• Following up sales leads
• Building relationships with HR and management teams
• Preparing proposals and quotations
• Supporting HRD Corp (HRDC) claim processes
• Ensuring smooth coordination from enquiry to project completion

You will work closely with the Founder and internal team to convert opportunities into confirmed training projects.This is not a “desk-only” sales job — we need someone proactive, organised, and comfortable engaging clients. 

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Follow up on inbound enquiries and warm leads 
• Proactively reach out to potential corporate clients
• Identify client training needs and recommend suitable programmes 
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and documentation 
• Assist clients with HRD Corp claim process and timelines 
• Coordinate with trainers andthe operations team for confirmed projects 
• Conduct post-training follow-up to build repeat business

Your success will be measured by:

• Monthly sales targets
• Revenue generated
• Client retention and repeat projects

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

•  2–3 years experience in B2B sales or business development 
• Experience in corporate training / HR solutions is an advantage 
• Comfortable speaking to HR managers and business owners 
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills 
• Organised and detail-oriented 
• Exposure to HRD Corp (HRDC) processes is a bonus (training will be provided)
