We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by developing new partnerships, securing sponsorships, and expanding TalentCap’s client base. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong networking abilities, commercial acumen, and a passion for building long-term relationships within the events and consulting industry.

<li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and market research</li>
