Accounting Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Prepare monthly / yearly management accounts, and report to director.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies.</li>
<li>Oversee and manage accounts payable / receivable to maintain a healthy cash flow.</li>
<li>Prepare annual budget, review and compare with company performance, identify any discrepancies, and propose improvement.</li>
<li>Handling bank facilities, including submission &amp; application. Review of the existing facilities and sourcing for others facilities to minimize the cost.</li>
<li>Set up and maintain online banking.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Updates and application of government grants / funds.</li>
<li>Liaise with auditor, tax agent and government officers when required.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Handling and setting up for E-Invoice, perform related testing and guiding subordinates and colleagues from other departments on issues on E-invoice.</li>
<li>Familiar with accounting software, maintain user access control, liaise with system vendor / software provider when necessary.</li>
<li>Undertake any ad-hoc assignments.</li>

<li>Human Resources Responsibilities: </li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.</li>
<li>Handling recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions.</li>
<li>Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding process, including submission of related forms to local authorities.</li>
<li>Process staff payroll and claims, ensuring that all employees are paid correctly and on time.</li>
<li>Manage payroll deductions such as EPF, SOCSO, PCB and other statutory contributions.</li>
<li>Ensure the company adheres to labour laws and other legal requirements.</li>
<li>Updates and application of government grants / funds.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Maintain confidential employee records, including personal details, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.</li>
<li>Familiar with HR software, maintain staff payroll, claims, benefits, as well as staff leave and attendance. Liaise with system vendor / software provider.</li>
<li>Ensure that all HR documents are compliant with legal and organizational standards. General Administration Role: </li>
<li>Oversee facility maintenance, office automation, and equipment management.</li>
<li>Handle all general administrative matters and office operations efficiently.</li>
<li>Handle tenancy agreement.</li>
</ul>
