Job Description

Position Overview

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Human Resource professional to join our team in Malaysia. You’ll work closely with our founding team and play a key role in supporting the full spectrum of HR functions—recruitment, employee engagement, training, policy compliance, and more. 

Candidates with prior experience in corporate services, accounting, or the Web3 industry will be highly valued, as we often collaborate with clients and partners in these sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process: posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding.
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with Malaysia’s Employment Act and related labor regulations.
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives to support staff growth and retention.
  • Drive employee engagement programs and help organize company-wide events.
  • Assist in performance management activities including appraisals and feedback cycles.
  • Generate HR reports and insights for internal review and strategic planning.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in HR roles.
  • Prior exposure to corporate services (CorpSec), accounting, or the Web3 industry.
  • Background in headhunting, talent acquisition, or working with recruitment firms is a significant advantage.
  • Solid understanding of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills in Chinese and English and a collaborative mindset.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
