Mission

Position Overview
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Human Resource professional to join our team in Malaysia. You’ll work closely with our founding team and play a key role in supporting the full spectrum of HR functions—recruitment, employee engagement, training, policy compliance, and more.&nbsp;
Candidates with prior experience in corporate services, accounting, or the Web3 industry will be highly valued, as we often collaborate with clients and partners in these sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Lead the end-to-end recruitment process: posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding.</li>
<li>Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.</li>
<li>Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with Malaysia’s Employment Act and related labor regulations.</li>
<li>Coordinate learning and development initiatives to support staff growth and retention.</li>
<li>Drive employee engagement programs and help organize company-wide events.</li>
<li>Assist in performance management activities including appraisals and feedback cycles.</li>
<li>Generate HR reports and insights for internal review and strategic planning.</li>
