Role Overview As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in running the kitchen alongside the Head Chef, ensuring smooth operations, food quality, and team coordination.

Job Responsibilities

<li>Assist in menu execution and kitchen management</li>
<li>Supervise and train kitchen staff</li>
<li>Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety</li>
<li>Assist in managing stock levels, ordering, and inventory rotation</li>
<li>Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning</li>
<li>Step in to lead the kitchen when the Head Chef is unavailable</li>
<li>Help develop and test new menu items when needed</li>
</ul>
