Job Description

 

1. Business Growth & Strategy

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets
     
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition
     
  • Develop and execute business development plans aligned with company objectives
     

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and key stakeholders
     
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
     
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
     

3. Market & Industry Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments
     
  • Identify emerging opportunities within the energy / sustainability sector
     
  • Provide market insights to support strategic decision-making
     

4. Proposal & Tender Management

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
     
  • Lead or support tender submissions
     
  • Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure feasibility and competitiveness
     

5. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
     
  • Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions
     

6. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
     
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports


Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree and above. SPM with relevant experience are welcome.
     
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
     
  • Experience in energy, renewable, sustainability, infrastructure, or related industries is an added advantage
     
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and revenue growth
     
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
     
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
     
  • Good market awareness and commercial acumen
     
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
     
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
     
  • Willing to travel as required
