Responsible for handling telephone calls, enquiries, incoming and outgoing emails &amp; faxes related to order management.</li><li>Monitoring customer’s, dealer’s &amp; agent’s empty return from PGG customers to ensure its efficiently manage.</li><li>Assisting in managing the monthly fix rental charges for selected dealers</li><li>Ensuring clean desk on CSR related SAP transaction such as billing block &amp; open sale order</li><li>Managing order transaction for Kulim Industrial Gas customers</li><li>Handling selected customer portals and online services</li><li>Managing purchase order monitoring for selected customers</li><li>Support troubleshooting work on inventories, billings, invoicing related issues</li><li>Ensure proper filling and storage of Sales Orders and Correspondence are maintained in the system.
