<li>Client Engagement: Attend to all online inquiries with speed, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Build warm and approachable connections with clients to foster trust and engagement.</li>
<li>Product Recommendations and Pricing: Provide clients with tailored product recommendations based on their needs, budget, and concept. Generate accurate price quotes quickly and efficiently.</li>
<li>Lead Qualification and Communication: Call leads to confirm their requirements and clarify expectations. Proactively follow up with leads via email, calls, and other communication channels.</li>
<li>Live Demos and Storytelling: Conduct at least 2 live demos/meetings per day to showcase gifts and merchandise. Use positive storytelling to convey the purpose and impact behind products.</li>
<li>Account Management and Retention: Maintain long-term relationships with clients by managing accounts effectively. Ensure client retention through thoughtful follow-ups and impactful solutions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams (design, purchasing, marketing) to fulfill client needs and deliver delightful unboxing experiences.</li>
<li>Use Canva or similar tools to create mock-ups, visual aids, or quick branding previews for client presentations.</li>
<li>Consistently work towards meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and unlocking commission tiers.</li>
<li>Maintain strong product knowledge, keep up with market trends, and identify new sales opportunities within your pipeline.</li>
</ul>
