<h3 class="text-primary">Job Description</h3> The Opportunity Our client operates within the property and community services sector, blending innovative technology with a strong people-first approach. They are now seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support Officer to provide responsive, user-focused assistance across their application environment. This role will see you managing support tickets, troubleshooting issues, maintaining documentation, and assisting with onboarding, all while ensuring systems run smoothly and in line with service expectations. ASW Global operates on a Hybrid model. During the first month, you will be required to work full-time onsite. After this period, the role will transition to a hybrid model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, with a regular shift schedule of 8am-5pm Australian business hours.
