<p><strong>You have come across an interesting job opportunity! Here's a summary of what the role entails:</strong></p>

<li>The Human Resources Executive will work closely with global employees (from China) by providing HR support in employee life cycle related matters</li>
<li>Update employee’s movement and personal data changes through SAP system within defined SLA (e.g., hiring, transfer, promotion, termination, resignation)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure and maintain the employee’s data is kept accurately and up to date</li>
<li>Prepare and ensure HR related documents or letter being signed within defined SLA (e.g., employment contract, performance appraisal template, Verification of Employment letter)</li>
<li>Work closely with country HR and Section Admin on contract renewal and probation process until completion&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide HR monthly reporting according to scheduled report list and ad-hoc report when required</li>
