JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We're hiring an intern to support stick fulfilment, system tracking & ops coordination across eCommerce and CRM flows.

• Stick Fulfilment Operations (Partnership & eCommerce)
• Project Coordination
• System-Based Inventory & Tracking
• Customer Support
• Ticket Classification and Analytics
• Content Inventory Management
• CRM & Refund Management
• Ops Process Documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills

• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, SharePoint, or project tracking tools (e.g., Notion, Trello)

• Interest in eCommerce, customer support, and tech operations

• Good written communication (for internal and external updates)
