Vision 

Transport &amp; Logistics Coordination
<ul>
<li>Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily transport operations</li>
<li>Allocate vehicles and drivers according to delivery and operational requirements</li>
<li>Monitor vehicle movements and ensure on-time deliveries</li>
<li>Liaise with drivers regarding routes, schedules, and operational instructions</li>
<li>Prepare vehicles for internal and external inspections (roadworthy, safety, compliance)</li>
<li>Coordinate and schedule vehicle servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance</li>
<li>Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, and repair activities</li>
<li>Report and follow up on vehicle defects and breakdowns</li>
<li>Communicate with internal departments regarding transport schedules and requirements</li>
<li>Liaise with external service providers, transport contractors, and authorities</li>
<li>Handle delivery queries, delays, and operational issues professionally</li>
</ul>
Administrative Duties
<ul>
<li>Prepare and maintain transport documentation (trip sheets, delivery notes, PODs, invoices)</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance</li>
<li>Capture transport and logistics data accurately in systems and spreadsheets</li>
<li>File and manage all transport-related documentation</li>
<li>Compile transport and logistics reports as required</li>
<li>Monitor validity of driver licenses, medicals and permits are current</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with transport legislation, safety standards, and company policies</li>
<li>Apply for, renew, and manage port passes for drivers</li>
</ul>
