Job Description

• Develop and implement integrated marketing and advertising campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive customer engagement. 
• Manage the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including digital and print advertisements, brochures, and social media content. 
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategies. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution. 
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing and advertising activities, making data driven recommendations for improvement. 
• Manage and oversee the work of any marketing and advertising agencies or vendors. 
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing trends. 
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). 

Job Requirements

• Achieve at least Diploma certificate in marketing or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role, preferably within the food and beverage
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing and advertising campaigns
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Technical Expertise and proficient in using marketing and advertising software, such as Adobe (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Energetic and creative individual with a passion for building and promoting brands
