Reporting to DSD Mobile Team via COE Department.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Description (List of task carried out)</b></h2> </div><div><ol> <li>Handling company’s hardware regards to the SAP Direct Store Delivery (DSD).</li> <li>Assist in the development of planned preventative maintenance schedules PPM and enhancement plan for bussiness growth.</li> <li>Report breakdown root cause, equipment faults and concerns to reporting manager and senior.</li> <li>Typical example of work would be to respond to maintenance request for equipment fault, diagnose fault repair and return equipment to operational service.</li> <li>Provide general technical support (telephone, desk-side support &amp; SOTi Remote).</li> <li>Performing and updating any version upgrades, patches and fixes via manually or over the air (OTA) after fully tested or confirmation from the Management.</li> <li>Handling basic repairs and maintenance of the handheld devices and its peripherals (Zebra 1 Care &amp; RES).</li> <li>Hardware inventory management</li> <li>Stanby during the sales operation and ensure all sales van out to sales accordingly.</li> <li>Compiles information on receipt or disbursement of the handheld equipment and its peripherals.</li> </ol> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Education Requirement</b></h2> </div><div><ol> <li>Bachelor of Economics</li> <li>STPM with 3.25 CGPA</li> </ol> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Skills Requirement</b></h2> </div><div><ol> <li>SAP DSD Application</li> <li>SCM600 - Business Processes in Sales &amp; Distribution</li> </ol> </div></div></div> </span> <p class="job-location"> <span class="jobmarkets"> </span> </p></p>
