Job Description

  1. Design, develop and execute talent development processes that include the structured leadership development and employee development framework by evaluate on program progress and development through program management techniques. 
  2. Design, develop, update, and execute talent intervention programs to support successors and high potential employee development.
  3. Facilitate learning and development activities, group facilitation, individual development planning, assessment debriefs, individual and team developmental coaching
  4. Develop, monitor, and evaluate on program progress and development by implementing an evaluation and proficiency assessment.
  5. Evaluate and provide regular analytics regarding the effectiveness of the organization's talent strategies and provide strategic solutions to business  
  6. Create/update communications and other documentation in support of talent management initiatives





Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/ Science / Business Management / Actuaries, or any related discipline.
  • Graduates or with 2 years relevant experience in Human Resource Management or related function. 
  • Have knowledge and experience in Human Resource concepts and theories related to talent management, career management, organizational development
