Role & Responsibilities

Connections - Members Recruitment and Outreach

• Actively identify and recruit members who can add value to the BBX ecosystem.
• Appreciate and articulate the benefits of BBX ecosystem and trading platform to members.
• Promote BBX solutions to new markets and reach out to new members

Community – Understand and Grow the Community

• Keen interest to understand members’ business, purchasing and expenditure needs
• Maintaining relationships with either new or current members and as their point of contact
• Develop members focused and value adding solutions to improve community

Commerce – Support and Promote Trading Activity

• Ability to develop plan trades with the members to promote regular trading activity
• Further drive trading revenue with creative and resourceful recommendations to members

Members Support

• Assist and follow up on members’ queries and feedback with BBX group support 
• Track and maintain accurate reports using the company's sales system.
• Coordinate with various departments working on the same member to ensure consistent service

How a successful BBX Business Consultant looks like

• Candidates who have a natural flair in B2B sales, membership and community building
• Candidates with background in Hospitality, Media, and/or SME/Corporate Banking are pluses
• Candidates with B2B Platform Experience, and Tech Savvy are pluses
• Candidates who are proficient in English and their mother tongue are preferred
• Candidates who are motivated and looking for a long-term career in Business Development
