Join our dynamic Personal Banking Mortgages team as a Business Development Executive, where you'll play a key role in helping customers secure their dream homes through tailored mortgage financing. <h3>What You’ll Be Doing</h3>
<ul>
<li>Achieve and exceed monthly mortgage loan sales targets, focusing on completed projects (sub-sales market).</li>
<li>Identify and acquire new customers through effective prospecting, networking, and lead generation.</li>
<li>Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend the most suitable mortgage solutions.</li>
<li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property agents, and developers.</li>
<li>Stay informed on property market trends and mortgage regulations.</li>
<li>Ensure all lending activities are in full compliance with bank policies and procedures. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>Who We’re Looking For</h3>
<ul>
<li>Diploma or Degree holders in any field.</li>
<li>Preferably with 1 year of experience in sales, banking, or mortgage—but fresh graduates are welcome to apply!</li>
<li>Mandarin-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.</li>
<li>Passionate about sales, customer service, and the property/finance industry.</li>
<li>Driven, outgoing, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. &nbsp;</li>
