Job Description

Job Summary:

The HR Executive is responsible for managing a broad range of Human Resource and administrative functions. This role plays a key part in supporting HR operations, ensuring payroll and statutory compliance, and maintaining a productive and compliant workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  • Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle statutory contributions and payments (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax) and ensure compliance with local labour regulations.
  • Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
  • Compile and verify the monthly attendance records of foreign workers and submit the finalised report to the designated vendor.

HR Administration:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management and vendor coordination.
  • Manage the procurement of office supplies and services to ensure uninterrupted operations in accordance with the approved budget.
  • Maintain and update office policies and administrative procedures.
  • Address employee queries and grievances related to administrative issues.
  • Support overall compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR-related role with administrative and payroll responsibilities.
  • Solid knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and statutory compliance.
  • Experience in payroll processing and statutory payments (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and HRIS software.
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
