Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for managing a broad range of Human Resource and administrative functions. This role plays a key part in supporting HR operations, ensuring payroll and statutory compliance, and maintaining a productive and compliant workplace environment. The HR Executive is also expected to stand in for retail staff at Subang Jaya Medical Centre and KPJ Damansara Specialist when required.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

<li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.</li>
<li>Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and comply with relevant laws and regulations.</li>
<li>Administer employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.</li>
<li>Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.</li>
<li>Handle statutory contributions and payments (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax) and ensure compliance with local labour regulations.</li>
<li>Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to relevant stakeholders.</li>
<li>Manage employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.</li>
<li>Compile and verify the monthly attendance records of foreign workers and submit the finalised report to the designated vendor.</li>
</ul>

HR Administration:
Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management and vendor coordination.
Manage the procurement of office supplies and services to ensure uninterrupted operations in accordance with the approved budget.
Maintain and update office policies and administrative procedures.
Address employee queries and grievances related to administrative issues.
Support overall compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Stand in for retail staff at Subang Jaya Medical Centre and KPJ Damansara Specialist as required.
