The Role
We’re looking for a Real Estate Manager to help build Blueground’s property portfolio in KL. This is a high-impact raison d'être role as you’ll be the driving force that brings the right units into our network, working closely with developers, landlords, and agents to grow our mid-term rental offering.&nbsp;
What You’ll Do

<li>Build and maintain relationships with developers, landlords, and real estate partners to secure new units for Blueground.</li>
<li>Analyse neighbourhoods, building types, and unit layouts against global standards and commercial viability.</li>
<li>Lead negotiations on lease agreements, partnership terms, and pricing structures that align with our strategic goals.</li>
<li>Collaborate with operations and onboarding teams to ensure smooth handoffs once leases are signed.</li>
<li>Maintain a strong pipeline of potential units through networking, prospecting, and trust-based partnerships.</li>
<li>Monitor market trends, conduct financial analysis, and contribute to our acquisition strategy.</li>
<li>Support strategic initiatives around portfolio expansion, including feasibility assessments and market entry prioritisation.</li>
<li>Maintain long-term partner relationships to ensure lease compliance, renewal opportunities, and portfolio growth.</li>
