 Human Resource Intern – Boat Noodle

Boat Noodle is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our team. This role is based at our HQ in Sunway Damansara, nearby IOI Damansara, IPC, and The Curve. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations within a dynamic and fast-growing F&B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth HR operations
• Support recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and coordination of interviews
• Aid in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
• Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a team
• Must have own transport
