Job Description

Managing the day-to-day activities within the department;

Maintaining strong relationships with internal clients (operations and projects);

Coordinating the annual budget planning cycle and monthly forecasting exercises;

Monitoring revenues and costs against budgets/forecasts and taking appropriate actions when necessary;

Supporting cost recovery processes and ensuring proper billing to customers;

Implementing guidelines and innovative approaches in accounting and controlling activities;

Ensuring the consistency between accounting records and actual transactions performed by the business units;

Identifying risks related to non-compliance with local regulations or group policies, and proposing measures to mitigate them;

Advising business units on commercial matters and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes;

Developing tools to increase digital fluency;

Promoting change management initiatives within the team.
