Identify and evaluate Sourcing opportunities Event administration including invite to bid, training and supporting vendors Screening suppliers and selection factors Contract term, price and T & C negotiations Compliance to Legal, Financial and HSSE standards Manage administrative approval process, including Buyers, Suppliers and approvers P2P Transactional co-ordination support Draft amendments and change request utilizing standard template Document drafting including Release Orders, Non Commercial Contracts Draft amendments and change request utilizing standard template Understand systems and processes to manage day-to-day activities Timely and accurate update of the Case Management systems Develop a solid understanding of supply agreement templates along with basic understanding of legal concepts related to category guiding principles Develop customer and supplier relationship management skills including regular communication tactics. Handling End to End Sourcing requests. Effectively represent IP to the business and suppliers Be willing to learn the business and to be taught the practices of our Category and Procurement Guidance Take ownership and accountability for assigned workload
