Interns are not expected to know everything from day one. However, we appreciate initiative, a good attitude and the willingness to be hands-on, whether it is helping to prepare in the office or supporting the team on-site.

Join Brand Rovers Marketing and gain hands-on exposure supporting real client campaigns, from preparation and coordination to on-site execution. You will assist the team across different types of projects, including product sampling, roadshows, exhibitions, community events, corporate events and roving activations.

This is a practical, all-round internship. Some days you may be helping to prepare schedules, source items, make calls, recruit promoters or update documents. On event days, you may be assigned as an on-ground supervisor to coordinate promoters, monitor the activity and support the team in ensuring the event runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities include:

<li>Assisting with event planning, preparation, schedules and checklists&nbsp;</li>
<li>Helping to source event materials, suppliers, venues, manpower or other project requirements&nbsp;</li>
<li>Making follow-up calls and assisting with supplier, promoter and venue coordination&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assisting with promoter recruitment, including posting vacancies, contacting candidates, confirming attendance and arranging replacements when needed&nbsp;</li>
<li>Preparing simple promoter briefings and communicating event details, reporting time, dress code and work scope&nbsp;</li>
<li>Preparing simple slides, documents, reports, event briefings and administrative materials&nbsp;</li>
<li>Supporting stock preparation, packing, logistics, delivery and collection arrangements&nbsp;</li>
<li>Attending site visits, meetings and selected event setups&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assisting with event setup, on-site execution and dismantling&nbsp;</li>
<li>Attending selected events as an on-ground supervisor to ensure the events run smoothly as per scheduled</li>
<li>Supporting promoters when they face simple on-site issues, while escalating important matters to the event PIC&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitoring stock, materials, sampling quantity, customer feedback and promoter performance during the event&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assisting with customer engagement, registration, games, redemption or activity support when required&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collecting event photos, sales or sampling updates, and assisting with simple post-event reporting&nbsp;</li>
<li>Supporting other project-related tasks based on client and event requirements</li>
</ul>
