<p>We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Engagement Intern to support our people initiatives! This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in employee engagement, event coordination, and learning &amp; development logistics while working closely with an experienced team in a dynamic environment.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>In this role, you will be expected to:&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in coordinating and executing internal events, team-building activities, and engagement initiatives such as festive celebrations;</li>
<li>Manage scheduling, calendar invites, venue booking, and logistics for training sessions;</li>
<li>Support the drafting and execution of internal communications, employee recognition efforts, and workplace culture initiative;</li>
<li>Assist in coordinating the buddy program by tracking buddy-joiner interactions, ensuring workflow runs smoothly, and supporting feedback collection.</li>
<li>Maintain training records, track attendance, and draft reports for review.</li>
<li>Support People and Culture projects, policy documentation, and research as needed.</li>
</ul>
