Global Mobility Coordinator 
<ul>
<li>Coordinate the end-to-end immigration process mainly for Supply Chain projects and other global assignments, including visa applications and cancellations.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with local immigration and tax regulations in collaboration with the service providers.</li>
<li>Monitor the movements of expatriates and act as the main liaison with project managers and third-party vendors to ensure smooth coordination on immigration matters.</li>
<li>Track and manage invoices related to global mobility services, ensuring timely and accurate processing and payment.</li>
<li>Identify the compliance risks, recommend solutions and corrective actions.</li>
</ul>
HR Assistant 
<ul>
<li>Support HR Operational matters.</li>
<li>Respond to employee inquiries about benefits, policies, or HR processes.</li>
<li>Support and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.</li>
<li>Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other development activities.</li>
<li>Support documentation for audits and ensure compliance with labour laws.</li>
</ul>
Others
