<li>Supervise and lead the company drivers.</li>
<li>Handle all company claims including: Office operational claims (utilities, stationery, maintenance) &amp; Vendor payments related to administration and HR support</li>
<li>&nbsp;Manage and monitor company vehicles, including Liaising with vehicle vendors for car rental, servicing, road tax, and insurance.</li>
<li>Ensure proper documentation, filing, and archiving of company records (digital &amp; physical)</li>
<li>Coordinate internal communication, meeting arrangements, and visitor handling</li>
<li>Monitor and manage company asset inventory,hostel licenses, and renewals</li>
<li>Support HR managing staff attendance, leave records, and OT claims</li>
<li>Handle vendor coordination (cleaning services, couriers, office supplies)</li>
<li>Prepare administrative reports and summaries for manager</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and SOPs</li>
<li>Assist in on-boarding new staff and providing necessary training</li>
<li>Perform other tasks as assigned by assistant manager and manager</li>
</ul>
