Coverage varies by country.</li><li>Citi provides access to an array of learning and development resources to help broaden and deepen your skills and knowledge as your career progresses.</li><li>We have a variety of programs that help employees balance their work and life.</li></ul></div><div><div><div><div>In this role, you’re expected to:</div></div></div></div><ul><li>Create the KYC Records in the KYC system sourcing information from internal and external sources by the agreed deadline</li><li>Proactively interact with stakeholders to update system with information until final approval of KYC Record</li><li>Review information from internal and external sources for company news (Firm website, Regulatory websites, Company website, Dun &amp; Bradstreet, Google etc.)</li><li>Validate the information within the record and CIP document to ensure complete and accurate (Company/Entity Formation, Ownership, Management, Market Reputation etc.)</li><li>Complete record incorporating local regulatory requirements / Global AML KYC FCB End-to-End Process Procedures</li><li>Identify, review, and perform enhanced due diligence on Senior Public Figures and associated individuals related to Foreign Corresponding Banks</li><li>Take responsibility for record and associated documentation completion from initiation to approval</li><li>Maintain status tracking tool current and be able to demonstrate work carried out</li><li>Report workflow progress or potential escalations to supervisor</li><li>Meet agreed daily targets for review and completion within agreed Service Level Agreement timeframes</li><li>Update &amp; Monitor workflow database regularly throughout the day and ensure it is up to date</li><li>Highlight any discrepancies to Team Lead</li><li>Escalate any negative news and high risk cases to RM/Senior AML Compliance Team</li><li>Ensure that Stakeholders gets the expected service within the agreed timelines and participate calls where deemed necessary</li><li>Assist with the preparation for audits– both internal and external regulatory reviews</li><li>Mentor and coach New Case Managers or Hires on an ongoing basis</li><li>Acts as expediter for chasing up 1st level escalations</li><li>Act as the country coordinator<ul><li>coordinate periodic country calls;</li><li>Liaise with Stakeholders;</li><li>be the primary contact for country management for KYC related matters</li></ul></li><li>Proactively identifies and resolves any other execution risks and issues, escalating Issues to team Lead or other Stakeholders as appropriate</li><li>Conduct calibration sessions to standardize knowledge across Team</li><li>The Global Enhanced Due Diligence (GEDD) Analyst is responsible for performing KYC and risk reviews in coordination with the broader GEDD unit.</li><li>Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.</li></ul>As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure<ul><li>Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience,</li><li>Solid years’ experience in banking, KYC</li><li>Experience in control/risk or Compliance (AML/KYC) function (an advantage)</li><li>Knowledge of local regulatory KYC/AML requirements</li><li>ACAMS Certification (an Advantage)</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
