Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full regional recruitment process (posting jobs, screening candidates, interviews, and offers).
  • Support hiring managers with candidate evaluations and hiring decisions.
  • Keep stakeholders updated on hiring progress.
  • Plan and manage onboarding and induction for new hires.
  • Prepare and update HR induction materials and announcements.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR systems (leave, attendance, reports).
  • Prepare HR documents and keep files organized.
  • Handle employee benefits for local and regional teams.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times.
  • Support general HR tasks, projects, and employee engagement activities.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in HR or related field.
  • 4–5 years HR experience, especially in recruitment.
  • Strong communication skills in English and others languages will be added advantages.
  • Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential matters.
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws.
  • Exposure in regional hiring or HR matters will be added advantages.
