Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage the full regional recruitment process (posting jobs, screening candidates, interviews, and offers).</li>
<li>Support hiring managers with candidate evaluations and hiring decisions.</li>
<li>Keep stakeholders updated on hiring progress.</li>
<li>Plan and manage onboarding and induction for new hires.</li>
<li>Prepare and update HR induction materials and announcements.</li>
<li>Maintain employee records and update HR systems (leave, attendance, reports).</li>
<li>Prepare HR documents and keep files organized.</li>
<li>Handle employee benefits for local and regional teams.</li>
<li>Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times.</li>
<li>Support general HR tasks, projects, and employee engagement activities.</li>
</ul>
