Are you the person everyone turns to when they need clear answers and seamless organisation? Do you thrive on solving problems, supporting teams, and delighting customers? Join CocoFans and keep our engine—and our customers—running smoothly every day.

<h3>About the Role</h3>
<ul>
<li>Customer Service Frontline – Reply to WhatsApp, phone, email, and social-media enquiries; resolve issues, track feedback, and turn unhappy customers into loyal fans. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Order &amp; Delivery Admin – Prepare invoices and delivery orders, update order trackers, and coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time delivery. &nbsp;</li>
<li>After-Sales Support – Follow up on deliveries, handle product or delivery issues, and record resolutions for future reference. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Documentation &amp; Filing – Maintain organised digital and physical records (orders, invoices, HR forms, purchase docs, etc.). &nbsp;</li>
<li>Cross-Team Coordinator – Relay customer insights to BD, Ops, and Marketing so we can keep improving our products and service. &nbsp;</li>
<li>General Office Admin – Handle petty cash claims, stationery and supplies, meeting schedules, and ad-hoc tasks that keep the office humming.</li>
</ul>
