🌴 CocoFans is Hiring an Admin & Customer Service Executive

About the Role

  • Customer Service Frontline – Reply to WhatsApp, phone, email, and social-media enquiries; resolve issues, track feedback, and turn unhappy customers into loyal fans.
     
  • Order & Delivery Admin – Prepare invoices and delivery orders, update order trackers, and coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
     
  • After-Sales Support – Follow up on deliveries, handle product or delivery issues, and record resolutions for future reference.
     
  • Documentation & Filing – Maintain organised digital and physical records (orders, invoices, HR forms, purchase docs, etc.).
     
  • Cross-Team Coordinator – Relay customer insights to BD, Ops, and Marketing so we can keep improving our products and service.
     
  • General Office Admin – Handle petty cash claims, stationery and supplies, meeting schedules, and ad-hoc tasks that keep the office humming.

Job Requirements

About You

  • 1–3 years’ experience in admin, customer service, or executive-assistant roles.
     
  • Friendly, patient communicator who loves helping people and fixing problems fast.
     
  • Detail-oriented organiser who keeps spotless records and meets every deadline.
     
  • Tech-savvy with Google Workspace / MS Office; bonus if you know basic bookkeeping or CRM tools.
     
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Melayu (Chinese a plus).
     
  • Proactive self-starter—you see issues, solve them, and improve the process for next time.
