Job Description

Customer Service Responsibilities:

Job Requirements

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in customer service, admin, or a related role.
  • You’re proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL (if applicable), CRM systems, and basic admin tools.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to keep customers happy!
  • You’re a problem-solver who can think quickly and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • You have a customer-first mindset, always aiming to enhance the client experience.
  • You’re attentive to details, ensuring accuracy in customer orders, transactions, financial records, and admin work.
  • You’re detail-oriented and highly organized, ensuring smooth admin operations.
  • You have a positive attitude and love bringing structure to busy operations!
  • You can multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • You’re adaptable and open to learning new systems and processes.
  • You thrive in a team environment while being capable of working independently.
  • You’re fluent in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Melayu, comfortable communicating with a diverse customer base.
