Customer Service Responsibilities:

• You’ll handle customer queries via phone, email, and social media with professionalism and efficiency.
• You’ll manage customer orders, track shipments, and follow up to ensure seamless transactions.
• You’ll address customer concerns, document complaints, and escalate unresolved issues while providing effective solutions.
• You’ll maintain and update customer records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• You’ll gather customer feedback and prepare reports to help improve service quality.
• You’ll be the voice of the company, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• You'll assist in data entry by inputting and managing essential company data efficiently.
• You'll generate invoices for sales and maintain financial records.
• You'll handle basic filing and documentation to ensure organized records and smooth operations.
• You’ll provide administrative support by organizing office operations and maintaining smooth workflows. 

Job Requirements

• You have at least 3 years of experience in customer service, admin, or a related role.
• You’re proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL (if applicable), CRM systems, and basic admin tools.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to keep customers happy!
• You’re a problem-solver who can think quickly and resolve customer issues effectively.
• You have a customer-first mindset, always aiming to enhance the client experience.
• You’re attentive to details, ensuring accuracy in customer orders, transactions, financial records, and admin work.
• You’re detail-oriented and highly organized, ensuring smooth admin operations.
• You have a positive attitude and love bringing structure to busy operations!
• You can multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re adaptable and open to learning new systems and processes.
• You thrive in a team environment while being capable of working independently.
• You’re fluent in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Melayu, comfortable communicating with a diverse customer base.
