<li>了解各部门用人需求，制定并执行招聘计划，确保招聘质量与时效。 Understand departmental manpower needs, develop and execute recruitment plans to ensure hiring quality and timeliness.</li>
<li>维护并优化招聘渠道（如招聘网站、社交媒体、猎头等），建立人才库。 Maintain and optimize recruitment channels (job portals, social media, headhunters, etc.) and build a talent database.</li>
<li>协助制定及改进公司招聘政策与流程，提升招聘效率。 Assist in developing and improving recruitment policies and processes to enhance efficiency.</li>
