You will play a crucial role in supporting our HR and administrative functions while embodying leadership qualities and a strong sense of accountability. <li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment process - from ensuring hiring needs until the closing of the roles.</li>
<li>Assist in recruitment marketing strategies, including creating compelling job advertisements, managing social media recruitment campaigns, and participating in industry-specific events and job fairs.</li>
<li>Assist in the performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.</li>
<li>Assist in employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events and team building.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in SQL Payroll and other databases.</li>
<li>Manage office supplies and coordinate office maintenance.</li>
<li>Contribute to the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.</li>
<li>Support management in administrative tasks as required.</li>
