Responsibilities:

• Registration and delegate assistance.
• Technical support on content management, audio visual and technical set up.
• Onsite problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Following instructions from project leads.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic, punctual and reliable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong spoken and written command of the English language.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work long hours on event days. 
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous event or hospitality experience is a plus.
