Today, we own some of the largest online healthcare and beauty brands, generating revenue of RM8 million per month. Our presence extends across multiple platforms, including Shopee, Facebook, WhatsApp, and physical retailers.&nbsp;
Our diverse portfolio includes our video editing and design house, 7Days; our product development arm, Waves; our business advisory and training unit, CTG Business; and our service-oriented division, Wisdom Factory.&nbsp;
Our team comprises young professionals from varied backgrounds, including legal, data, procurement, marketing, design, pharmaceutical, and traditional media industries. What does your typical day look like?

<li>Managing Talent Acquisition Campaigns – Oversee Facebook Ads for talent acquisition (don’t worry if you’re new to FB Ads, we provide on-the-spot training!).</li>
<li>University &amp; Career Fair Outreach – Research and connect with universities to arrange booths at career fairs and industry events.</li>
<li>Interviewing &amp; Candidate Selection – Conduct interviews and ensure we bring in the right talent for the right roles.</li>
<li>Internal Talent Management – Act as the central hub for talent-related matters, maintaining a centralized talent repository for the group.</li>
<li>Process Optimization – Identify ways to improve hiring efficiency and lower talent acquisition costs for the group.</li>
<li>Employer Branding &amp; Online Presence – Manage and enhance our LinkedIn presence, Glassdoor reviews, and Ricebowl ratings to attract top talent.</li>
<li>Employee Relations (Bonus if you have experience!) – Build relationships with employees and contribute to a positive workplace culture.</li>
