This role involves student engagement, strategic recruitment planning, data analysis, and administrative responsibilities to ensure enrolment targets are achieved across all locations.</p> </div></div><div class="brxe-block col-8"><h2 class="brxe-heading primary text-m">Key Responsibilities</h2><div class="brxe-text"><p><strong>Student Recruitment:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Plan, execute, and monitor student recruitment strategies across all three campuses.</li> <li>Liaise with prospective students and their parents/guardians via in-person sessions, phone, email, and virtual platforms.</li> <li>Participate in and represent the college at education fairs, school visits, open days, and roadshows nationwide.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Inter-Campus Coordination:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with recruitment teams in Kota Kinabalu and Kuching to ensure consistent messaging and unified efforts.</li> <li>Provide support and guidance to regional staff, aligning local efforts with the group-wide recruitment strategy.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Reporting &amp; Analysis:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment reports for senior management.</li> <li>Analyze student enrolment data and trends to improve recruitment effectiveness.</li> <li>Track and evaluate the performance of regional recruitment initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Claims &amp; Administrative Tasks:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage and prepare travel and event-related claims in accordance with college policies.</li> <li>Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and student inquiries.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Presentations &amp; Strategy Development:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Present recruitment results, strategies, and forecasts to senior management.</li> <li>Contribute to the development of marketing and recruitment plans for each campus.</li> <li>Provide input on digital and traditional marketing campaigns to attract prospective students.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Stakeholder Engagement:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Establish and maintain relationships with high schools, education agencies, and other key partners.</li> <li>Coordinate with internal departments such as Admissions, Marketing, Finance, and Academics to streamline student onboarding.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Travel:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Regular travel required to Kota Kinabalu and Kuching campuses and to other recruitment-related events across Malaysia.</li> </ul> </div></div><div class="brxe-block col-8"><h2 class="brxe-heading primary text-m">Skills and Experiences</h2><div class="brxe-text"><ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, Communications, or related field.</li> <li>Minimum 3–5 years of experience in student recruitment, marketing, or education sector.</li> <li>Experience in a multi-campus or regional role is an added advantage.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Strong organizational and project management skills.</li> <li>Confident in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</li> <li>Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.</li> <li>Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
