This role ensures seamless system operations, provides user support, develops course content, and collaborates with faculty and technical teams to enhance the learning experience.</p> </div></div><div class="brxe-block col-8"><h2 class="brxe-heading primary text-m">Key Responsibilities</h2><div class="brxe-text"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>1. LMS Administration &amp; Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System (LMS).</li> <li>Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure uninterrupted access for end users.</li> <li>Provide ongoing support for faculty, students, and administrative staff on LMS-related issues.</li> <li>Manage user accounts, roles, and access permissions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>2. Course Management &amp; Content Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop, manage, and update course pages and content in the LMS.</li> <li>Assist in designing course layouts and instructional materials to optimize user engagement.</li> <li>Support the development of Self-Instructional Materials (SIMs) for the Open and Distance Learning (ODL) programme.</li> <li>Enhance SIMs using appropriate multimedia and digital tools, ensuring smooth integration into the LMS.</li> </ul> <p><strong>3. System Enhancement &amp; Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with faculty and instructional designers to enhance the learning experience for students.</li> <li>Collaborate with software vendors and IT teams to plan, test, implement, and support system enhancements or upgrades.</li> <li>Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare documentation before launching new courses.</li> </ul> <p><strong>4. Training &amp; User Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and update user manuals, training guides, and SOPs related to the LMS.</li> <li>Conduct hands-on training, webinars, and briefings for students, faculty, and academic staff.</li> <li>Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for LMS users.</li> </ul> <p><strong>5. Microcredential Programme Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in the preparation of Microcredential documentation and liaise with the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).</li> <li>Establish and manage the Microcredential payment gateway in collaboration with the Group Corporate &amp; Marketing Communications (GCMC) and Finance departments.</li> <li>Oversee the creation of a well-structured design and infrastructure for Microcredential courses.</li> </ul> <p><strong>6. Quality Assurance &amp; Compliance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure that all LMS functionalities align with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Maintain compliance with industry best practices in digital learning and learning technologies.</li> <li>Ensure data security and privacy measures are implemented in LMS operations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>7. Reporting &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Generate reports on LMS usage, performance, and user engagement.</li> <li>Analyse trends and provide insights to improve system usability and course effectiveness.</li> <li>Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in LMS administration and online learning.</li> </ul> </div></div><div class="brxe-block col-8"><h2 class="brxe-heading primary text-m">Skills and Experiences</h2><div class="brxe-text"><ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, IT, or a related field.</li> <li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in LMS administration, e-learning, or a related area.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of LMS platforms (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.).</li> <li>Proficiency in instructional design principles, multimedia tools, and e-learning development software.</li> <li>Familiarity with Microcredential programmes, online course structures, and accreditation requirements.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with faculty, students, and IT teams.</li> <li>Ability to conduct training and provide technical support to non-technical users.</li> </ul> </div></div><a class="brxe-button btn-main bricks-button bricks-background-primary" href="https://boards.briohr.com/mindaglobal-xpbsame68h/details/682bf8bc057d8f00081963bf" target="_blank">Apply Now</a></p>
