This role is critical in coordinating system setup, user requirements, testing, documentation, and post-deployment support activities.</p> </div></div><div class="brxe-block col-8"><h2 class="brxe-heading primary text-m">Key Responsibilities</h2><div class="brxe-text"><p><strong>APPLICATION IMPLEMENTATION &amp; DELIVERY</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in the planning and execution of system implementations and enhancement projects across CRM, SMS, and LMS platforms.</li> <li>Support business requirement gathering and participate in solution walkthroughs with internal stakeholders and vendors.</li> <li>Coordinate and perform system configuration, data migration, and environment readiness checks for UAT and go-live stages.</li> <li>Prepare and execute test scripts, support UAT coordination, and log issues for resolution tracking.</li> <li>Ensure timely delivery of project tasks, documentation, and handover activities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT &amp; SUPPORT</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with departments such as Admissions, Registry, Marketing, and Academic faculties to understand business needs and translate them into technical or process requirements.</li> <li>Assist in conducting system demos, end-user training, and onboarding sessions for new functionalities.</li> <li>Serve as the first point of contact for post-implementation support to ensure smooth transition to operations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>DOCUMENTATION &amp; QUALITY ASSURANCE</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain accurate project and system documentation, including business requirements, user guides, training materials, and configuration logs.</li> <li>Ensure changes are tracked, reviewed, and documented in accordance with IT and university governance processes.</li> <li>Support change management and communication efforts throughout the implementation lifecycle.</li> </ul> <p><strong>CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collect user feedback post-deployment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Monitor user adoption and assist in driving system utilisation through training and process refinements.</li> </ul> </div></div><div class="brxe-block col-8"><h2 class="brxe-heading primary text-m">Skills and Experiences</h2><div class="brxe-text"><ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business IT, or a related field.</li> <li>1–3 years of experience in application delivery, project coordination, or system implementation roles.</li> <li>Exposure to CRM, SMS, or LMS systems (e.g., Salesforce, UNIT4, PeopleSoft, Moodle) is preferred.</li> <li>Experience in the Malaysian private higher education sector is an advantage.</li> <li>Understanding of student lifecycle and business processes in education (enrolment, academic progress, student engagement).</li> <li>Strong communication and coordination skills with both technical and non-technical users.</li> <li>Analytical thinking and attention to detail in handling testing, documentation, and issue tracking.</li> <li>Ability to manage timelines, tasks, and stakeholder expectations effectively.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, and basic familiarity with system testing or project tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is a plus.</li> <li>Proficient in English, both written and spoken.</li> </ul> </div></div><a class="brxe-button btn-main bricks-button bricks-background-primary" href="https://boards.briohr.com/mindaglobal-xpbsame68h/details/682c3e1bec68dc00088bf5e1" target="_blank">Apply Now</a></p>
