This includes curriculum development, student advising, accreditation compliance, and collaboration with faculty and industry partners to ensure programme excellence.</p> </div></div><div class="brxe-block col-8"><h2 class="brxe-heading primary text-m">Key Responsibilities</h2><div class="brxe-text"><ol> <li><strong>Academic Programme Management</strong> <ul> <li>Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the OSH degree curriculum</li> <li>Ensure compliance with accreditation standards (IOSH and JKKP or relevant local bodies)</li> <li>Coordinate course scheduling, faculty assignments, and teaching resources</li> <li>Monitor student progress, retention, and graduation rates, implementing interventions as needed</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Student Support &amp; Advising</strong> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary academic advisor for OSH students, guiding them on course selection, career pathways, and certifications.</li> <li>Address student concerns, academic grievances, and provide mentorship</li> <li>Organise orientation sessions, workshops, and career development programs for OSH students.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Faculty &amp; Stakeholder Collaboration</strong> <ul> <li>Work closely with faculty to enhance teaching methodologies and programme outcomes</li> <li>Liaise with industry professionals, and accreditation bodies to align the programme with workforce needs</li> <li>Facilitate partnerships with organisations for internships, research, and employment opportunities</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Administrative &amp; Compliance Duties</strong> <ul> <li>Prepare reports for institutional and external accreditation reviews</li> <li>Manage programme budgets, resources, and grant applications (if applicable)</li> <li>Ensure adherence to institutional policies and regulatory requirements in OSH education</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Programme Promotion and Outreach</strong> <ul> <li>Represent the OSH programme at recruitment events, conferences, and industry meetings.</li> <li>Develop marketing materials and engage in student recruitment strategies</li> <li>Promote research initiatives and encourage student participation in OSH related projects</li> </ul> </li> </ol> </div></div><div class="brxe-block col-8"><h2 class="brxe-heading primary text-m">Skills and Experiences</h2><div class="brxe-text"><p>A Master’s degree (Level 7, MQF) in the relevant field;&nbsp;<strong>AND</strong></p> <ul> <li>A minimum of five years of relevant academic and research experience;&nbsp;<strong>OR</strong>;</li> <li>A minimum of five years of relevant industrial experience.</li> </ul> </div></div><a class="brxe-button btn-main bricks-button bricks-background-primary" href="https://boards.briohr.com/mindaglobal-xpbsame68h/details/684fc737952c070008f9ebde" target="_blank">Apply Now</a></p>
