Job Description

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Process invoices, expense forms, and payments accurately and on time.
• Maintain and reconcile the company’s ledgers and bank accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
• File and manage financial documentation and records.
• Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments on finance-related queries.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of one (1) year of relevant working experience in the finance or accounting field.
• Responsible for performing daily finance and accounts administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned by management, when required.
• The salary will be commensurate with your work experience.
