The Healthcare Nutrition Strategy manager is to plan strategy for all key target audiences, customised strategy for each channel, evaluate sufficiencies of budgeting to balance required output KPI and to ensure plan/ activation execution on time in full. This role is accountable for HCP Brand of First Choice (BOFC) related plan working closely with Consumer Marketing, Science Team, Regulation, Healthcare Nutrition Solution Team and Supply Chain.Over the years as competition intensified and with more stringent regulation, this role has evolved. The role is no longer hovering around translating of consumer marketing plan to HCN for execution. It involves much wider and deeper responsibilities to drive business growth. This role is also required to manage more than 1 brand due to the emergence of the HN SKUs.1) Managing hospital/ relevant government department enquiries and complaints 2) Direct negotiation with hospitals Person in charge ie marketing and operations on product presence and quality 3) Penetration, activation and listing of products into new channels i.e. IVJ centres, confinement, wellness etc. 4) Direct management of objection from key hospitals / channel Person in charge 5) Managing sales number (for Adult Nutrition Business) 6) Managing key accounts (for Adult nutrition Business) where Joint Business Planning (JBP with hospital or sales channel) is required. 7) To drive end to end plan inclusive of inno/ reno for Healthcare Nutrition SKUs such as Neocate, Preterm, Infatrini, DuSoy, Ketocal, Souvenaid, Fortisip etc). </div>
