This role entails delivering comprehensive executive assistance to Senior Executive Directors. &nbsp; Responsibilities: &nbsp; 1. Manage and maintain Partners schedules, appointments, travel, hotel and visa arrangements <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li>Scheduling appointments, calls and meetings, including internal and external logistics arrangement (off-site meetings) if required</li> <li>Arrange travel logistics, including hotel bookings, flights and Visa when required</li> <li>Working closely with mobility team to ensure compliance with the latest travel protocols</li> </ul> 2. Submit executives’ timesheets and expense claims <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li>Ensure timely submission of timesheets and expense claims via Concur for Executive Directors.</li> </ul> 3. Schedule and coordinate calls, meetings/events, and meeting logistics <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li>Handle confidential materials as required</li> <li>Assist in compiling and producing meeting presentation materials</li> <li>Prepare and edit correspondence &amp; communication</li> <li>File and retrieve documents and reference materials</li> <li>Attend meetings and accurately record meeting minutes when required.</li> </ul> 4.
